In Crystallo Selection to Establish New RNA Crystal Contacts (Structure)

To improve the odds of determining RNA structures using crystallography, Shoffner et al. invented an in crystallo selection method. This method identifies mutants with enhanced crystal incorporation by applying crystallization as a selection pressure to a very large number of variants simultaneously.
