Cellular-Resolution Imaging of Vestibular Processing across the Larval Zebrafish Brain (Current Biology)
 


Favre-Bulle, Vanwalleghem, et al. use optical trapping to stimulate the vestibular system in stationary larval zebrafish and then use SPIM microscopy and GCaMP to describe resulting activity across the brain. The result is a brain-wide atlas of vestibular processing at cellular resolution.
