Structure of Outward-Facing PglK and Molecular Dynamics of Lipid-Linked Oligosaccharide Recognition and Translocation (Structure)

An outward semi-occluded structure of PglK with ATP?S bound together with molecular dynamics simulations describe the mode of LLO recognition and flipping. Transfer of LLO into the translocation pathway occurs after a surface recognition step, followed by closing of the periplasmic cavity.
