YAP Aggravates Inflammatory Bowel Disease by Regulating M1/M2 Macrophage Polarization and Gut Microbial Homeostasis (Cell Reports)
 


Zhou et al. show that deletion of YAP in macrophages relieves chemically induced inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) by enhancing M2 polarization, restraining IL-6 production in M1 macrophages, and changing gut microbiota homeostasis.
