Parvifoline AA Promotes Susceptibility of Hepatocarcinoma to Natural Killer Cell-Mediated Cytolysis by Targeting Peroxiredoxin (Cell Chemical Biology)
 


The upregulation of NKG2D ligand expression on tumor cells is a promising therapeutic strategy in NK cell-based immunotherapy. Zhu et al. show a natural gradient pavrifoline AA exhibits potent activity through Prxs-I/II/ROS axis, which enhanced the tumor lysis driven by NK cells both in cells and in animal.
