The Lateral Hypothalamic and BNST GABAergic Projections to the Anterior Ventrolateral Periaqueductal Gray Regulate Feeding (Cell Reports)
 


Hao et al. uncovered an important role of the GABAergic cells in the anterior ventrolateral periaqueductal gray (vlPAG) and two distinct midbrain GABAergic pathways (the lateral hypothalamus-vlPAG and BNST-vlPAG) in regulation of feeding behavior.
