GAPDH Overexpression in the T Cell Lineage Promotes Angioimmunoblastic T Cell Lymphoma through an NF-?B-Dependent Mechanism (Cancer Cell)

Mondragón et al. find that transgenic mice overexpressing GAPDH in T cells develop lymphoma that recapitulates key features of human angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma (AITL), including activation of the non-canonical NF-?B pathway. Blocking NF-?B activity with an NIK inhibitor reduces human and mouse AITL growth.
