We read with great interest, the letter from Ghadjar and Wiegel on our recently published retrospective series on the comparison of stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) and elective nodal radiotherapy (ENRT) in the treatment of oligorecurrent nodal prostate cancer [1]. We would like to thank the authors for their interest and appreciate the time and effort they have taken to respond to our findings. However, we do not fully agree with the statements in their letter.
