The Leukemogenic TCF3-HLF Complex Rewires Enhancers Driving Cellular Identity and Self-Renewal Conferring EP300 Vulnerability (Cancer Cell)

The presence of TCF3-HLF defines a subset of acute lymphoblastic leukemia resistant to therapy. Huang et al. show that TCF3-HLF activates the expression of genes critical for hematological malignancies, which requires EP300. Inhibition of EP300 reduces TCF3-HLF-dependent gene expression and leukemia growth.
