The Mitochondrial Protein MAVS Stabilizes p53 to Suppress Tumorigenesis (Cell Reports)
 


Zhang et al. show that MAVS interacts with p53 and regulates p53-dependent apoptosis, indicating roles for MAVS in tumor suppression and the DNA damage response.
