We read with interest the article by Necchi et al [1] regarding the association between bladder multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) findings after pembrolizumab and the pathological complete response (pCR; pT0). The study sets into the existing extraordinary revolution that is setting the pace of clinical research in bladder tumors. It is a significant article to establish the role of mpMRI to predict the pCR to neoadjuvant immunotherapy.
