Immune Evasion in Tumor`s Own Sweet Way (Cell Metabolism)
 


Accumulating data suggest an important role of tumor metabolism during cancer development, metastasis, and therapeutic resistance. In Cell Metabolism, Cascone et al. show that increased tumor glycolysis suppresses anti-tumor immunity by impairing T cell killing and trafficking to the tumor microenvironment.
