MetaCyto: A Tool for Automated Meta-analysis of Mass and Flow Cytometry Data (Cell Reports)

Hu et al. developed a computational tool named MetaCyto for automated meta-analysis of flow cytometry and CyTOF data. Using MetaCyto, they analyzed ten studies and identified multiple differences in immune cells between ethnicities, including CD4+ T cells, NK cells, naive B cells, CD4+ central memory cells, and CD8+ T cells.
