Structural Basis of TRPV4 N Terminus Interaction with Syndapin/PACSIN1-3 and PIP2 (Structure)

Goretzki et al. determined the molecular interaction between the ion channel TRPV4 and its regulatory partners, PIP2 and Syndapin/PACSIN1-3. The NMR and CD spectroscopic approach provides an atomistic view of the unstructured TRPV4 N terminus and builds a framework for a better understanding of the intricate polymodality of TRPV4.
