How to Treat Multifocal Ta High-grade Disease if Bacillus Calmette-Guérin Is Unavailable (European Urology Oncology)
 


In the absence of bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG), an option in recurrent high-grade Ta bladder tumors is cystectomy, certainly considering the risk of understaging. Conservative alternatives are intravesical mitomycin C, chemotherapy combinations, or device-assisted therapy.
