Microtubule-Driven Stress Granule Dynamics Regulate Inhibitory Immune Checkpoint Expression in T Cells (Cell Reports)
 


Franchini et al. report a regulatory mechanism controlling the expression of inhibitory immune checkpoints in T lymphocytes. Microtubules and molecular motors transport stress granules carrying immune checkpoint mRNAs to regulate their translation.
