One Year at Cell: Looking Back and Moving Forward with Purpose (Cell)

One year ago, I took over as the editor-in-chief of Cell. It felt like a huge responsibility at the time, given the journal`s reputation and history. But most of all I was excited. I still am. We`ve made a lot of progress in the past year, and we have a lot more to do. Given the occasion, it feels like a good time to share some of my experiences so that you can see where we`ve been and where we`re going.
