Topological Structure and Robustness of the Lymph Node Conduit System (Cell Reports)

Novkovic et al. elaborate the topological organization of the FRC network and conduit system in lymph nodes and demonstrate their distinct small-world topologies, which are maintained in a lymphotoxin-?-receptor-independent manner. The FRC network exhibited higher tolerance and robustness to perturbation than the conduit system did.
