Diagnostic Performance of Vesical Imaging Reporting and Data System for the Prediction of Muscle-invasive Bladder Cancer: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis (European Urology Oncology)
 


A recently established noninvasive magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based scoring system, the `Vesical Imaging Reporting and Data System` (VI-RADS), shows good sensitivity and specificity for determining muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Technical factors associated with MRI acquisition and cutoff scores may affect performance, and need to be taken into account when applying VI-RADS.
