A Case Series of Preoperative Endovascular Stenting in Patients Undergoing Postchemotherapy Resection of Complex Oncologic Masses (European Urology Oncology)

Protection of major vessels encased by postchemotherapy masses may be an effective approach for minimizing intraoperative complications. This is the first study to incorporate endovascular stenting in preoperative planning. Further work is needed to characterize outcomes associated with this technique.
