Rare Germline Pathogenic Mutations of DNA Repair Genes Are Most Strongly Associated with Grade Group 5 Prostate Cancer (European Urology Oncology)
 


In men undergoing treatment for clinically localized prostate cancer, pathogenic mutations in 13 commonly assayed genes, especially ATM, BRCA2, and MSH2, are most strongly associated with grade group 5 prostate cancer.
