We read the very interesting paper by Tully et al [1] regarding the risk of dementia and depression among young and middle-aged men presenting with nonmetastatic prostate cancer treated with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). Their study included men aged 40-64 yr with nonmetastatic prostate cancer and the study results identify ADT use as a risk factor for dementia and depression.
