Quantitative Structural Interpretation of Protein Crosslinks (Structure)
 


Filella-Merce et al. propose an approach that switches the paradigm from a geometrical interpretation to a more realistic physico-chemical atomic description of protein crosslinking data. Its implementation in the NRGXL software shows better performance for the prediction of crosslinks filling the gap between the experiment and its structural interpretation.
